I have been looking for the right company to install a new tub. I was at the Lake County Fair and meet Ivan at the show which he is the 4th person we stop by we felt that he knows what his product set up an appointment. Dan who is our sales rep and explain every details of what to expect. We never felt pressure and answers every questions we ask him which of course with all the discounts. Then the following day we got a call from Kevin who is the scheduler and got installed in due time and the quality of workmanship A+. We are impressed with the CUSTOMERS FIRST type of environment we have experiences. We felt we are part of FAMILY with Bath Planet. Kudos all your employees!! Victor
